Sod Off was originally written by Jeremy Jensen of The Very Most, and it is one of Starry Eyed Cadet's favorite songs. They decided to cover this one, since as they were struggling to start this project, this song reminded them that "the trick is just to get something done and telling all the (voices in their heads) to sod off."
